The name TIVA originates from the Hopi Indian word, which means “to dance,” which is only fitting because we see healthcare recruitment as an intricate dance between two equally important partners—the job seeker and the employer.
Emerging from a practice management company with over 50 years of experience, TIVA Healthcare was incorporated in October 2002 by nine people with a mission to create quality recruitment services in a niche market. Recognizing the importance of business ethics, TIVA became a member of NAPR and NALTO in 2003. Beginning with recruitment for only Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine and Neonatology, the company quickly grew to include Radiology, Surgery and Hospitalist services.
Today, TIVA has a reputation of being one of the top recruitment agencies for permanent placement and locum tenens and is adding to its team of exceptional staffing and recruitment consultants every day.
