Which candidate will work best for your specific needs—now and in the long-term? It’s a question our team asks—and goes above and beyond to answer—at every stage of the search process. As a result, you’ll find that our process feels far more personal and holistic—and leads to more enduring and rewarding hires.

Our topline approach, which is customized to your needs:


1. One TIVA specialist who is well-versed in your staffing needs and specialties is assigned to your open position.
2. One recruiter takes the time to have a one-on-one with you to gather the most information about your practice, company culture, location, and most importantly, your vision of an ideal candidate. This better prepares us to sift through candidates and zero in on the best person for the open position
3. To generate awareness of the open position among the right networks, TIVA launches a multi-channel marketing program (including email, calls, job postings and direct mail). We work with you to help you choose the database of physicians you want to reach, based on licensure and qualifications. (Rest assured, if your job search is confidential, we are sensitive to this.)
4. We discuss the open position with qualified candidates. And, because we communicate with hundreds of candidates on a daily basis, we might already have someone in mind.
5. We consult with you on how to conduct a more productive interview and how to ask the right questions.
6. We conduct a thorough check of the candidate’s references, licenses, and certification before we schedule an interview.
7. We schedule a phone or in-person interview with you and the candidate of your choice.
8. What went well and what needed work? The TIVA recruiter talks with you and provides further coaching to determine who would be a better match for your facility.
9. After the placement (30, 60, 90 days), we make sure that the candidate is performing as expected. If there is any dissatisfaction, we will go to work immediately to find a replacement. We also act as a mediator if you have any issues with your new hire. From the moment an employer engages us until months after they’ve hired a candidate, we are committed to providing them with personalized consulting and to keeping pace with their needs.
