What works best for your needs? It’s a question our team asks—and goes above and beyond to answer—at every stage of the search process. As a result, you’ll find that our process feels far more personal and holistic and far less transactional. As part of our client-centric approach, we do not charge for our services nor do we take any fee from your compensation.
Our topline approach, which is customized to your needs:

1.One recruiter takes the time to have a one-on-one with you to glean the most information about your professional and personal goals, ultimately determining which company culture offers you the very best fit.
2. If we don’t identify a great fit for you right off the bat, we launch a free multi-channel marketing program (including email, calls and direct mail) to help you network and get noticed. We also help you choose the database of hospitals you want to reach, based on hospital culture, size and geographical location.
3. We work with you closely to make you more marketable in the job force and to update your CV for future presentation.
4. When you give us your full approval, we share your credentials with hand-picked employers. We only release your CV after interest is shown on both sides.
5. You and your potential employer have a phone or personal interview.
6. What was successful or what could have worked better? Your TIVA recruiter talks with decision maker at the hospital and provides further coaching to you if a match was not identified.
7. Our team follows up this stage of the process with contract negotiation and credentialing (locums only).
8. Sometimes a decision is made quickly; other times it requires more consideration. We believe in giving this stage of the process the time it needs.
9. After placement, your personal recruiter touches base with you on a regular basis to make sure you are satisfied with your placement.
