We are looking for…

  • Strong experience in the staffing industry with a focus on either full desk healthcare staffing OR locum tenens physician recruitment OR healthcare contingency staffing
  • Strong background in outbound phone sales with a history of high earnings from commission based compensation plans
  • Solid history of healthcare recruiting or sales management; preferably within the travel staffing industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated experience building lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated experience driving sales through networking and relationship building
  • Highly organized individuals, who are able to prioritize with a strong attention to detail
  • People with the ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as with CRM/ATS software
  • Excellent business acumen
