Like everyone else, physicians’ needs change as their lives change. Once a partner in a thriving group practice, this physician wanted more out of middle age. With his two girls in college, travel and fishing became a top priority for him and his wife. TIVA helped him find a position with a smaller practice in the same community. And to supplement his income, we were able to arrange a few shifts each month at a facility near one of his daughter’s schools – and close to one of the Southeast’s premiere fishing spots.
